At 3G we have developed bespoke computer software - SCORPIO - which allows us to record, analyse and produce reports of all stakeholder contact across a range of communication channels - from freepost, online feedback and email to direct contact via a hotline, events, workshops and meetings.

3G's expertise in data capture, analysis, evaluation and reporting is used to support project need cases, funding bids, policy submissions and planning applications. As well as providing a strong data audit trail, our reports provide supportive commentary to help inform decisions and actions. We can also provide impartial assessments and "lessons learned" for completed projects.

Trained staff based in our offices are briefed for each project and provide a knowledgeable and efficient service, linked to KPIs.
